just a quick note

I am in the process of setting this up. Not quite finished yet. Hopefully it will be done soon. I am going to add information about making jewelery and other craft ideas. Also will have lots of information about fibromyalgia and chronic pain, and of course all the fun in between.

Fibromyalgia and Gluten
came across this today makes sense i was digonosed with fibromyaligia a few months ago. Still though in alot of pain. I will give the gluten free diet a try.
